The double leavening of more than 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Product without preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.
INGREDIENTS: Pandorato cocoa (WHEAT flour, sugar, EGG yolk, butter (MILK), non hydrogenated vegetable fat (Palm Water) cocoa powder (5.3) low fat cocoa powder, cocoa mass (3.3%) natural yeast, emulsifiers, mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids: honey MILK skimmed powder, salt, flavourings. Candied pears (Pears, sugar, Glucose syrup, Antioxidant: E220 SULPHITES).
