Cicirittu's new artisan Panettone Tradizionale Mandorlato is a unique delight that embodies the authentic flavour of Sicilian almonds, toasted to create an irresistible crunchiness. The double leavening of over 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Produced without preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. The panettone is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.

 

 


Ingredients: WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), Diamante Cedar (sugar, glucose syrup Navel orange peel, (Sugar, glucose syrup) Sugar, pasteurised free-range EGG yolks, sourdough (WHEAT), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) vegetable origin, salt. Skimmed MILK powder, MILK proteins, Natural yeast, Orange blossom honey, flavourings.
Covering: EGG white. Sugar, rice, apricot kernels (may contain SULPHITES), modified starch, flavourings, Sicilian ALMONDS. Treated with alcohol on the surface.
