Cicirittu's Artisan Panettone stuffed with Lemon Cream is an ode to the tradition and freshness of Sicilian lemons. The dough is soft, enriched with candied lemon peel and stuffed with delicious lemon cream. The double leavening of over 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Produced without preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. The panettone is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.
The Panettone is filled with 200g of Sicilian Lemon Cream.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian Lemon Cream 20% (Sicilian lemon juice 50%, sucrose, fructose, gelling agent: pectin, corn starch, Sicilian lemon essential oil 0.3%), butter (MILK), sugar, EGG yolk, icing [white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK in powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), lemon essential oil], natural yeast (WHEAT), emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, honey, MILK skimmed powder, salt, vanilla, oil lemon essential. Decorated with: peel of candied lemon (lemon peel 50%, glucose syrup, sugar).
