Cicirittu's new Artisan Panettone filled with Hazelnut Cream is a symphony of flavours which blend the sweetness of hazelnuts with the artisan mastery of Cicirittu. The double leavening of over 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Produced without preservatives, semi-finished products, artificial flavourings or vegetable fats. The panettone is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand , with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.
The Panettone is filled with 250g of hazelnut cream.

Panettone: Wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), sugar, EGG yolk, HAZELNUT paste 12%, glaze [milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa paste, MILK sugar, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin; malt extracts (BARLEY), natural vanilla flavouring), toasted HAZELNUTS grains 15%], natural yeast (WHEAT), emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, honey, skimmed MILK powder, salt, natural flavourings.

Cream Filling: sugar, toasted HAZELNUTS (30%), vegetable fats (palm, sunflower, shea, rapeseed) in variable prop., whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, HAZELNUT grains (3%), emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring, salt.
