Cicirittu's Panettone con Scaglie di Cioccolato Siciliano represents a delicious reinterpretation of the classic chocolate panettone: made with muscovado raw cane sugar, enriched with fragrant cinnamon. Inside soft cubes of dark chocolate with a strong character.
The double leavening of more than 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Product without preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), sugar, chocolate chips 11% (cocoa paste, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), Sicilian chocolate glaze 10% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, cinnamon powder, vanilla flavouring), EGG yolk, chocolate cubes 5% (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla flavoring), natural yeast (WHEAT), emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids; honey, skimmed MILK powder, salt, cinnamon, natural flavours. Decorated with chocolate cubes.
