Cicirittu's Panettone al Pistacchio has always been a small Sicilian pearl typical of the town of Bronte at the foot of Etna. With this Panettone you can rediscover the true flavour of genuine, artisanal and natural food of the Sicilian tradition. The double leavening of more than 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Produced without preservatives, semi-finished products or flavourings.
Cicirittu Panettoni are 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.
This panettone is filled with 250g of indulgent Pistachio Cream.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, dairy BUTTER, sugar, pasteurised free-range EGG yolks, mother yeast, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) of vegetable origin, salt, skimmed MILK powder, MILK protein, yeast natural, orange blossom honey, flavourings.
Filling Ingredients: sugar, PISTACHIO paste 30% (PISTACHIOS, chlorophyll, SOY and palm vegetable oils, PISTACHIO grains 6%, whey (MILK) powder, skimmed MILK powder, LACTOSE, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), flavouring. (vanillin)
Glaze Ingredients: Sugar, PISTACHIO PASTE 15% (PISTACHIO, chlorophyll, curcumin), totally hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernels), PISTACHIO paste 6%, skimmed MILK powder (8%), LACTOSE, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) aroma (vanillin).
PISTACHIO shell tolerance 1%.
