The Almond Panettone that tastes of Sicilian almond trees in bloom, where the fragrant and light dough is embraced by an amazing organic almond cream. The glaze covered with toasted almond chocolate closes a concentration of flavors that leave the palate wonderful. The double leavening of more than 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Product without preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats. Our Panettoni are 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, according to the Cicirittu tradition.

Panettone ingredients: Wheat flour (WHEAT), butter (MILK), sugar, EGG yolk, icing [white chocolate (cocoa butter sugar, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla flavor), ALMOND 10% , sunflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, salt], natural yeast (WHEAT), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, skimmed MILK powder, salt, natural flavourings.
Decorated with: sliced toasted ALMONDS. Almond cream ingredients: sugar, toasted ALMOND min. 30%, vegetable fats (palm, sunflower, shea), whole and skimmed MILK powder; emulsifier: SOY and sunflower lecithin, salt, natural flavouring.
