They personally and carefully supervise: the processing of the chocolate to ensure a unique taste, the dried fruit, toasted and ground to make it more fragrant; the sponge cake to make it softer; the alcoholic filling for the chocolates to give them a strong taste. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, MILK powder, water, alcohol, cocoa powder, skimmed MILK powder , concentrated cream (MILK), glucose syrup, anhydrous MILK fat, HAZELNUTS, emulsifier: SOY lecithin , natural flavourings.
Cocoa: 30% minimum in milk chocolate, 51% or 70% minimum in dark chocolate.
