The Traditional Artisan Almond Colomba is a unique delight that embodies the authentic flavour of Sicilian almonds, toasted to create an irresistible crunch. The double leavening of over 36 hours makes it soft and extremely digestible. Produced without preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. The Colomba is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, as required by the Cicirittu tradition.
