A semi-hard cow’s milk cheese preserved in a disctictive “flasket” shape, covered in wax and aged for a short period of time. The flavour is mild and buttery with a creamy, springy texture. Ideal for grating and slicing into sandwiches.

Outer Paraffin wax contains Natamicyn and Calcium sorbate.
