Prickly Pear Jam produced in Castelbuono, by the well-known Sicilian company Fiasconaro.
This jam is made with selected and carefully processed products to guarantee the natural goodness of the fruits of the Sicilian land. The prickly pear is a fruit with extraordinary properties and a delicious, sweet and engaging taste. Its appearance could deceive you because of the many and small thorns it is covered with. Once peeled, however, the prickly pear cactus will lend itself to being eaten as fruit at the end of a meal but also for making exceptional jams. Here, then, that a prickly pear jam becomes a real pleasure for the palate.
Ingredients: Prickly pear (pulp & juice), sugar, lemon juice. Contains 140g of fruit per 100g of final product.
May contain traces of NUTS, MILK and SOY.
