Soft Almond pastries. Each and every Ricciarello made by Sapori 1832 contains all the experience of Sapori's Master Bakers: using only whole almonds, in a mix of bitter and sweet varieties to enhance their flavour, and still stone-grinded slowly today to make the dough soft and delicate, ready to be covered in a sweet dusting of sugar.
Ingredients: Sugar – almond 40% – icing sugar 7% (sugar, maize starch) – chicory soluble fibre – egg – white flavourings – preservative: sorbic acid – raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate – salt.
May contain wheat, milk, soy and other nuts.
