 Classic traditional Stone Milled yellow polenta with 100% Italian vitreous corn.

This flour contains germ and bran for a healthy diet. Excellent for those who want to taste the old tradition. 

Cooking instructions: slowly add the Maize flour to a pan of boiling unsalted water and gently stir until it starts to thicken. This slow cook Polenta takes approx. 30/40 minutes to cook.
