Acidity corrector: citric acid)], albumen, honey, flavourings (orange and lemon essentials oil]], bitter orange marmalade 13%, [sugar, honey, orange peel (40%)], peeled almond slices 10%, 5% white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, powder milk. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Vanilla extract).
PANTELLERIA
INGREDIENTS: Almond paste 85% [Sicilian almonds (49%) sugar, orange and lemon paste (glucose-fructose syrup. Acidity corrector: citric acid), albumen, honey, aromas (orange and lemon essential oil)], "inspiration Yuzu" disk * 15% (cocoa butter, sugar, powder milk. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla flavour), icing sugar. *inspiration Yuzu: food speciality based on cocoa butter (34.4%) and yuzu juice (2.4%).
LAMPEDUSA
INGREDIENTS: Almond paste 40% [Sicilian almonds (49%) sugar, orange and lemon paste (glucose-fructose syrup, acidity corrector: citric acid), orange and lemon paste 37% (glucose-fructose syrup, acidity corrector: citric acid), albumen, honey, aromas (orange and lemon essential oil)], peeled almonds 15%, pistachios 8%.
LINOSA
INGREDIENTS: Almond paste 65% [Sicilian almonds (49%) sugar, orange and lemon paste (glucose-fructose syrup. Acidity corrector: citric acid), albumen, honey, flavourings (orange and lemon essential oil)], candied blood lime 35% (blood lime peel, syrup of glucose-fructose), icing sugar.
ORTIGIA
INGREDIENTS: Almond paste 65% [Sicilian almonds (49%) sugar, orange and lemon paste (glucose-fructose syrup, acidity corrector: citric acid), albumen, honey, flavourings (orange and lemon essential oil)], candied orange 35% (glucose-fructose syrup, acidity corrector: citric acid).
