Brontedolci's pistachio colomba is made according to an ancient traditional recipe. The dough, soft and well honeycombed, is characterised by the presence of cubes of pistachio paste and sugar, and by a covering of white chocolate and chopped pistachios.

After a long leavening, cooking for an hour and 24 hours of rest upside down, the Bronte Dolci Pistachio Colomba is born, which in this version does not have cream in the filling but is packaged with a jar of pistachio cream with 40% natural pistachio.
